What's up everyone. Got alot of good info the past few days and figured it was time to join. About me I am 6'3 280lb 38 yr old firefighter. Went through a nasty divorce and fell into a big depression and stoped hitting the gym. I ballooned up from 260 to 330. Last Feb I knew I needed to get back on track. I started keto diet and back to lifting and I'm down to 280 and never felt better. I have done AAS in the past. I'm not at the point to doing it again just yet but I am looking into HGH. Well I'm glad to be on this site.
