Saw this on another forum and I like consuming tips in this fashion; cuts out the fluff and little statements that you find to be true from life experience I've always found to be worth Gold. Like six years ago when I found out to heat my gear before drawing and injecting.
Here are some Tips that I'd like to share to give back to the fam here that I've learned the past 8 weeks.
1) 5-10mg of viagra (legit) is the perfect dose for most of us. Gets me a small boost which makes sure it's a rod worth mounting, and it doesn't give me a stuffy head and migraines.
2) if someone who hasn't used DNP gives you dnp advice, ignore them.
Dnp at 200-400mg (depends on Source, enhancedDNP is shit so use 400mg) for four weeks is perfect and easy in November/winter months.
3) Add 25/50mcg of T3 and t4 to your cycles. I like 25mcg of both right before bed. Eat like a pig and hit the gym hard, and watch yourself have a perfect bulk without packing on fat.
4) I failed miserably at patenting/writing an e-book on using HMB plus ice cold water, mixed and chugged, first thing in the morning to melt fat off when doing morning fasts/IFing. But it does make a huge difference. Nutrition/dieting psychos on here will be able to think of why this "could be a great combo." 20 grams of HMB, 30-40 ounces of ice water. I did it during my morning drive to work.
5) Amphetamines are the fastest way to ruin you brain and well being.
6) Steam room; get in one once a week.
7) Test Enanthate is way less likely to be bunk than sustanon. And 4ml a week, all of you can afford it and can be huge for half the price of sustanon on most lists. I mix Cyp and Enanthate now in a 3ml syringe.
Gorilla was legit. I appreciate that. Next source will be private but I'm stocking up on Gorilla because they don't force bitcoin (fucking ripoff in conversion fees) and is cheap enough to stock up on. Agent Y is the only source I would stray from them for.
8) Clean your fucking office/car/ bathroom once a week. Just go ape shit on it as your morning cardio while you wake up.
