I'm a huge advocate for daily use of quality fish oil. I've used it for many years to help with lipids and keeping my blood thin as well as overall heart health. This is a great study...I hope you take a moment and read. There are lots of studies on fish oil if you want to research more on your own.

I bought 3 huge jars of it at winn dixie and take 2-4 caps a day. Between this increased cardio and dialing down test my headaches are fading.

what do you consider "quality fish oil"
 
Great post, I too am a believer. Organic Alaskan salmon oil, one gram in the morning and one gram at night.

i also agree I am taking a omega3,6 and flaxseed combo and it works very well.. The reccemended dose is 6 capsules per day so it's alittle much but the benefits are worth it

Always use fish oil+omega 3!Really good stuff especially for my skin!
