New just trying to get all the info I can before my first run
 
First run ?
350mg test e preferably. Lesser pins. Easier for first timers
12.5mg or 25mg aromasin every day depending upon oestrogen conversion
Hcg 500 iu twice weekly

Run it for 8-10 weeks
Take 2 weeks off. Dont take anything

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

250mg/ml
Roughly 1.5x 10ml vials
For 10 weeks

If you keep it to 300mg and 8 weeks then 1 vial will be enough

Trying to clear up post cycle before my purchase. During post cycle I would need clomid only right and the other just in case I have problems or are you recommeding both

You will need nolvadex and clomid.
Some people do go with clomid alone. I dont. It is more widely practised by coaches as well.

Dont expect miracles. Steroids are not magic. Your first cycle, you probably wont even notice unless you have very low bf. You will gain some strength and some nice lean mass but nothing ground breaking. So dont lose hope.
Its all about diet 70%, workout 25% and AAs only 5%. Keep it this way.

Dont expect miracles. Steroids are not magic. Your first cycle, you probably wont even notice unless you have very low bf. You will gain some strength and some nice lean mass but nothing ground breaking. So dont lose hope.
