I started lifting with the local power lifters back in the day . We would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours at the gym . Chest , back and leg day were long with a lot of sets. I still tend to be 1 1/2 to 2 hours on back and leg day because it's the way my mind looks at training. I see all these guys saying they only do 50 min workouts and that's all
