Hey fellas do you happen to know which compounds are the worst at increasing BP? Also what are ways to decrease BP naturally (without some sort of additional medication)

That's all of them really. Especially if you're naturally prone to it. For me personally, anadrol and tren really raise mine

Pretty much any compound that puts water on me (dbol,drol) or an injectable like tren or a base can all definitely influence my bp. Keeping my weight in a respectable range and water, sodium, and e2 controlled are the best things for me before bringing in any particular supps for the issue.
