My neighbors , every day i hear their kids yelling, screaming and crying. They have 4 children and sell drugs. There is someone always knocking every 10 minutes.
My other neighbors downstairs do laundry 24/7 . I went to do laundry after them and there were 3 bed bugs crawling on the washer , needless to say i don't do laundry at my apartments laundry room. The woman with bed bugs has 5 children all under the age of 10 on top of the 5 children she also babysits. These kids play in the hall on the stairwell and are loud. The apartment units are either 1 bedroom 477sq ft or 2 bedroom 583 sq ft. I hate these people for burdening me with their loud children , felony activities and gross hygiene problems. I've called the police , child protective services and the owners of the apartment. No one does anything. Shy of pouring water on the steps in winter and hoping the fall to thsir death. What can I do?
