Hey Sirs,

Former Military Member of 14 years new to the Forum.

I greatly aprpeciate all of the advice on here.

I am in the gym 4-5 days a week and Im always looking for some great advice on nutrition, cycles, and Product.

Great. Post your current diet and goals in Diet and Nutrition. Cycles - post in anabolic section, but ONLY after reading and studying the stickies (threads stickied at the top of the forum).
