Here is my take on AndroShred.

Stats as of 09/09
Weight 212.3 lbs
Waist 34 1/8
Stomach 34 6/8

Goal is to get shredded, with AndroShred alone.
Starting out at 4 pumps in the am and 3 pumps in the pm, doses will probably increase.

Working out at 3 to 4 times a week. Pull, Push Legs.

Cardio/ Sports whenever possible which is 1 to 2 times a week.

Diet will be my tried and tested IF, modified to my needs.

Typical macros will be:
Protein 140 to 200g
Carbs 350 to 550g
Fat 120 to 170g

Ur already pretty shredded bro. Good luck hope the androshred works for you to get that stone chiseled look u want. It helped me lose a bit of body fat so far.

My wife and I have been using for almost a month now. No real big changes on the scale but have noticed getting tighter. We first started using on lower abdomen only. Now mixing up and applying on traps and shoulders and have noticed a difference. Your already shredded I would be happy if I looked like you now.

Rest Day

A one off rest day entry, thereafter I shall only log my workout days.

2 small keto meals at 1pm and 3pm then from 5pm onwards lotta carbs up until bedtime.
Man needs to get shredded goddammit!

2 working sets per exercise, last set followed by rest paused set.
1 working set on Plate Raise, followed by a rest paused set and 2 drop sets.

Sunday so no coffee, just a jug of cold water and workout 30 min later.

ATG Squats - BOOM 25 reps @ 225 lbs, NEW PB!
SL Deadlifts - matching PB set last time
15 min Extreme Stretching

Followed by a day of clean eating, besides 1 doughnut and a small Snickers bar.
Looking back I should have eaten more carbs to aid the recovery and reward myself for such an awesome workout!
Will supercharge carbs tomorrow.

2 working sets on Incline and Seated presses, last sets followed by quick rest paused set. Only 1 working set on Extensions + 2 rest paused sets.
Good strength increase on most exercises

Good log D! I found this worked best on the stomach while I was still at a lower BF%. I imagine it will produce pretty solid results given you are already pretty lean dude.

Its actually a pretty light smell. Whatever scent it carries goes away when it is absorbed. Its no stronger smelling than the lightest lotion youve used. (hope that makes sense)

About 50% of those carbs come from oats and bananas, then there is also potatoes, rice, bread, pasta and pizza.

Androshred smells like durex play, seriously it reminds me of a coco butter hand cream my mother used to use, naturally with a strong scent of alcohol but that dries off quickly after applying.
You will not be smelling like rubbing alcohol all day long, just for a minute or two.

I really didn't notice a smell plus like you stated absorbed quickly. I will be putting up my final review in a few days. I didn't log though I totally missed the boat on doing that

I find that less time at the gym yields better results. I know it's hard to believe but these workouts actually takes about an hour each to perform.
Warm up is essential, all the way to working weight. Then 1, sometimes 2 working sets are performed. Final working set followed by rest paused or drop sets, on some exercises both RS and DS - thus rather taxing and need a longer break.

That's right I reduced my fart powder intake by 50%

Got a cold and runny nose, so perhaps that was the reason for a shitty workout. Or just one of them days - underperformed on most exercises and managed to match PRs on the rest.

Fuck workout, went for a 2.5h hill walk instead.

Quite challenging, but I powered through it like a man on a mission.
All done fasted too.

First meal at 1pm, then another at 4pm and pizza with sides at 7pm - rather good day as I must have burnt at least 800kcal
