I was just curious, with all the vast knowledge that is around in this forum, to hear from people who have any sort of 'secret' food they use. Whether it be waking up, pre workout, post workout or in general. Something they regularly go to, with success, whether it be for gains, restoring the body, etc. I'm always willing to take on some new information, and was curious. I guess my personal secret, one I always recommend to newcomers is eggs. Cheap and easy as hell to make.
