You an try looking into some specific exercises for forearm issues. Look into the therastick. Its cheap and great for healing forearm issues lie tennis elbow, golfers elbow. ive been using one for tennis elbow for about two weeks now and its made some definite improvements look into doing some grastons on yourself. I do it. Put some lotion or icy hot on your arm and use the blunt back side of a butter knife and scrape the affected area about as hard as you can stand. This breaks up scar tissue and allows for vital blood flow to n area(tendon) that doesn't get a lot of blood flow. Also hit youtube and lookup forearm splint exercises
