I am thinking of running 4 scoops of whey protein per day , 69 mgs of creatine , and 3 BCAA drinks ( wild grape ) ... after 6 weeks I am going to implement a pre workout ... I plan on running this stack for 16 weeks , Yes I know it is a long run , however I am going to do a complete organ cleans after this crazy experiment ... Beep let's do this ...
