I came across this stuff online by ancient nutrition and wondering if anyone has tried it. If so notice any difference in recovery compared to regular old whey? It is being marketed as good for joints.

Because it has collagen in it :)

Hydrolized collagens are best, these are pre digested variations, therefore they have a higher bio availability and faster absorption.
