4 week's in

Exactly one month in and already down 8 lbs and fitting in a sizes 34-36 again. It's not a huge jump but I'm back on the working out bandwagon again. I can't wait to the tren leaves my system only three week's and I can barley breathe. I'm miserable doing cardio and just about everything else that involves moving around.

Thanks man! I got a long way to go to ever get back to how I was a few years ago but got to start somewhere.
