Here's my story... I'm creeping up on 42 years old, I've always been a tall skinny guy but athletic and strong. Been feeling old and shitty the last few years but finally got my shit together and started working out, eating better and doing some different things to gain a little edge... And then the unthinkable happened. My friend who was teaching me some things, died. It's been a rough road since then and I literally know nothing, but I believe I can learn some things here and could really use some guidance, so... hello and thanks in advance.
