I was looking into how different people workout on Gear.
Personally I try to go heavier (not way beyond my capability). What it does achieve is that I get to keep that gained strength after my cycle. So i keep one heavy week followed by one hyper week. Cardio twice or thrice a week.
Some people advocate high volume training for greater hypertrophy and cardio every day or five days.
I would like to know how you guys workout on gear.
For cutting
Or
For bulking
P.s i mostly use gear while on cut cycles. Im an endomorph.
