Im Not sure whats wrong with my calf , but it fucking hurts just to walk on it. Also my left shoulder has been giving me problems for the last few weeks.
how do you guys deal with minor injuries ?
and what injuries are you currently dealing with ?
As I get older, the more tweaks and kinks I have to work out during warmups. No major injuries thank god. Currently its my right elbow that is throwing a fit. Started a few weeks back during some hammer curls. Bought one of those cheapo ace compression braces amd to my surprise it has actually helped a ton. Bottum line, injuries suck and start piling up after years of weight training.
I see a chiropractor every couple of weeks for an adjustment and get a deep tissue massage 1-2x month. Lifts have been better and just feel better overall.

I need to do this as well. My problem is finding the time. There's a good one near me too and he works out so knows the issues we have. And with insurance, it never coats a thing, not even the copay.i have been wanting to do this for a while....
At 50 years old and 32 years in the gym, something always hurts. Ibuprofen, deep tissue massages, and working around your issues by doing what you can. For instance, some days my low back will let me squat, other days I have to rely on the leg press. It can be frustrating, but doing something is better than doing nothing or making the injury worse.
My chiropractor and massage therapist have been after me to start streching every day. I just started a total body streching routine that I hope will reduce the number of injuries that I get,
