Hi, I have recently started a body recomp. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not even lost .5 lbs. I actually have gained. I am starting to get discouraged. I currently train at least 5x a week and have added about 2 hiit sessions a week. My cycle is currently 2 tab of gw/sr9009 daily and 10 mg var. I recently added clen very low dose. My calories are currently at 1700. Any help would appreciated as I just want to be sure I am not gaining fat I also don't want to lower calories too fast.
