I've heard different theories but none have me convinced. I played 2 football games back to back on offensive and defensive line yesterday. I felt fine just exhausted, went to sleep at midnight, woke up an noon today feeling like I fought 30 gypsies minus the hangover. Anyway, its almost 4pm and if it wasn't my day off with my family id be napping right now. What causes this rebound effect with ephedra, in this instance Bronkaid.

I should note I took an Aleve this morning for the DOMS it didn't help so I just took 2 Vicaine
