Hello everyone. I just got into lifting again after 3 years of drugs and alcohol abuse. Been lifting for a little over a month now. Starting stats: 5 foot 6, 32 , 208lbs , bench 105x5 , dead 145x 3 , squat 65x5. Current stats : 180lbs , bench 185x5 , dead 245x5 , squat 175x5. My blood work just came back , test is at 213. I've decided to run test e @ 250 a week for 10 weeks , followed by 500 a week for 10 weeks , and cruise at 125 a week.
