For those that do cardio immediately after weight training, do you drink your pwo shake after the weights or after the cardio?

I eat..... Real food.... Half hour after all training is done

If I did cardio after training, I would have the shake after cardio.

I try to space cardio as far from training as possible though.

By the time I get home from gym and cook dinner for the family it's usually hour to hour and half since training ended.


If I did cardio after training, I would have the shake after cardio.

I try to space cardio as far from training as possible though.
I've tried time and time again to wake up early to do cardio first thing in morning before work (weight training is @ 3:30pm after work) and I just cannot wake up. I'm not a morning person and getting up is the hardest part of my day. I'd have to get up at 5am. I just can't....

So I'm doing cardio on non workout days or after a workout.

I usually lift, do cardio, take a 10 minute ride home then have a shake while cooking food.

At gym at 5:30am lift/cardio/shower then shake about 8am then something else around 10
