Anyone ever experience spotting or irregularity on GH? I have tried google and I get a random spread of "It improves regularity" "Reverses menopause" "Makes me late" etc. Only site that I found mentioning it said that GH can be taken orally and is just as effective so I clearly doubt the validity of the site.
