had 5 scrambled eggs and a cup of pinto beans at noon.

3 hrs later , a chipotle chicken bowl with some Agua

bowl has chicken , half portion white rice , pinto beans , corn w onion (they call it salsa) and i add a lil bit of Tabasco Chipotle sauce

I am also cutting and I have big ass 850kcal cereal bowl at least once a day, twice on workout days. And they are more like 1000kcal each if it happens to be hard leg or push day day.

500mg test E per week
and 20-30mg Sdrol daily

lethargy is starting to be a problem from sdrol. im stopping it at 2 weeks instead of 4.

I haven't always followed along so maybe you may have this in another workout but I'm curious. I do a lot of hammer curls and standard DB curls and always feel like the hammer is great for the long muscle and really giving that illusion of a long bicep (which I imagine is the same for you since your somewhat taller) and the standard however is great for the ball. Just curious if it was something intentional you were doing in workout for that reason

gummy bears are just for safety reasons , i also carry Gatorade w me at all times when using slin.

Sure 40 and then 60 would work if you had 200 tabs to play with.
Seeing as you only requested 100 you may be limited to 30mg for 2 weeks and 50mg for 11 days.

Observe changes it brings. IMO it's quite different from other orals out there.

i would probably start at 150mg for 3-4 days and then adjust . i dont want to use more than 300mg .

i would dose before bedtime, drink 1.5-2 Galls of water , 2 Powerade Zero cals (electrolites) and a glass of V8 juice .



not sure about carbs tho , some people recomend low carb , others recomend moderate carbs.

ill have to experiment a little to see what works best.

same with cardio , some say its not needed , some say to do as much as you can handle...

Almost unfair advantage with DNP, but anything to get the edge over competitors.
100-200mg ed should produce some results with minimum sides. Low dose of Ephedrine should help with lethargy, but should not be abused - work days only or when somewhat mental focus is desired.

Results should be phenomenal, forget about bulk and stay shredded all year round!

It seems like you are acute to every side effect even at mildest doses, be it Tren or DNP.
However in line with that you are able to get results from those mild doses.

Supercharge Test to 1g, then 1.5g and eventually 2g at week 12 and blow the fuck up!

Looking good also. I get real tired of ED and EOD pins also.... Just dealing with pins and vials 3-7 days a week can be tough with 3 kids. I dont really want my 10 or 5 year old girls to see me filling pins or giving my self injections.

If they do it will be at 3 times the price. You wouldn't sell cigarettes to a 10 years old, why would they sell AAS to some skinny fat American? #harmprevention

Bring sunscreen, maybe 2 bottles. I know, sounds simple. Last year me and my soon to be ex-wife went to Cancun for our honeymoon. She said she "thought" she packed sunscreen, but she didn't. We didn't realize it til we unpacked our bags at the resort. Guess how much the resort gift shop charges for sunscreen.....$25! FML.
