food update

had 5 scrambled eggs and a cup of pinto beans at noon.

3 hrs later , a chipotle chicken bowl with some Agua

bowl has chicken , half portion white rice , pinto beans , corn w onion (they call it salsa) and i add a lil bit of Tabasco Chipotle sauce

I am also cutting and I have big ass 850kcal cereal bowl at least once a day, twice on workout days. And they are more like 1000kcal each if it happens to be hard leg or push day day.

'eod' , but i usually do Monday , Weds and Friday.


plans have changed tho , ill start with
500mg test E per week
and 20-30mg Sdrol daily
until my Pharmacom gears arrive


food update

4 sunnysideup eggs and a protein shake with a handfull of pecans to start my day.

then took a 2 hr walk around the lake with my kids and wife.

stopped by a new Fish taco place by the lake, so this would be my pre workout meal
