Hey guys i got my labs back last week, i'm on TRT of 200mg every 10 days and was told that my A1 C was reaching near pre diabetic 6.3. I started a test deca cycle the day after the blood was done. Now after seeing my A1 C is it good to continue this deca cycle. I've removed all sugars from my diet and cut out all white rice and high carb foods. I've also increased my cardio sessions to 30 minutes a day. Stats 46 yrs old 6"1 245 lbs and up to 18 % BF from 12% BF increased from being injured and stress and a family history of diabetic. Just looking for some advise on should i drop the deca cycle.
