A clean diet as we all know is mandatory for anyone really trying to make some substantial gains. That being the case though,one of the things I really miss is just that crunchy texture. For years now my got to fix has been popcorn. Its not too bad on the macros but more importantly calms that craving for something with a little crunch. What about you guys, what are some of your decent "cheat" fallbacks?
 
Sushi...always hit the spot. I've got a sweet tooth for candy too. I do my best to minimize the damage from the candy though by trying to only eat it post workout when the carbs can be utilized
 
You dont have to eat clean to make gains. But its best for health.
I dont cheat much but when I do its ICE CREAM BABY!

And no shit go to Whole foods bakery and checkout all the vegan pastries. We all talk shit about vegans but their shit is dairy free and typically low in sugar
