More nuts and veggiesI need to get more fiber in. I have been averaging about 18 grams a day and myfitness pal says I should get around 38. I eat vegetables with lunch and dinner and some almonds before bed. Any suggestions?
Metamucil and psyillium husk are supplements?

Yup. I second Psyllium husk fiber. I use the sugar free one and just take it twice a dayyes . mix with water and drink,, boom you are done for the day
