hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am looking for help to get my body on the right track.
My goals are to get bigger and stronger while trying to lose the my little bit of belly. I have a "chubby" build but I have abs on the top part of my abs, hard as hell to get the lower ones to show.
I would like to get my overall strength up while trying to lose the BF% and tighten up my core. I play local Semi Pro football and would like to give a good showing this next year. Any advice is appreciated.
