hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am looking for help to get my body on the right track.

My goals are to get bigger and stronger while trying to lose the my little bit of belly. I have a "chubby" build but I have abs on the top part of my abs, hard as hell to get the lower ones to show.

I would like to get my overall strength up while trying to lose the BF% and tighten up my core. I play local Semi Pro football and would like to give a good showing this next year. Any advice is appreciated.
 
Gonna need way more info. What does your current diet, training, and supplementation looked like?
 
Please post diet and training weight height age so we can give you advice. Diet and training are the most important factors before adding anything else in getting this figured out 100% is vital.
