Over the last couple of weeks i have had 2 episodes of a lower abdominal muscle going into a full on spasm. To the point that it takes me a minute to be able to straighten my midsection. Both times it has been following a set of hanging leg raises. I finish the set and bend over to grab my water and one muscle contracts and refuses to release. Anybody else ever had this happen? Maybe caused by dehydration or electrolyte issue?
