Guys check this trap routine out.

I came up with this probably over a decade ago..I've used it with alot of clients and every one of them loves it.

It truly can help add some solid mass to your traps.

The trick is to do these 3-4x per week and do 3-5 sets of these, 20 reps..5-10 second pauses and count slow.

Pause, squeeze the weight as high as you can and hold

Let me know what you guys think about these.

Would anyone like to try them and report your feedback after a few weeks of doing these?
