Diet is the most important thing in working out and there is so many different diets
I read and read but I never get no where
I'm on a new mission I want to find MY diet
I want to find my maintenance calories and go from there
Can someone please give me advice on where to start

Was 18bf feeling like it's out of wack
Everything I read is starting at 2500 40/40/20 split and adding protein and subtracting carbs on low calorie days
