Help with training and diet

I'm looking for a little advice on training and diet. I will finally be in one location for a few months. (Travel about 90% of year various locations). I want to do this right no more excuses.

Stats:
33 year old

5'10

170-175

Bf 10-12%

Training for about 6 years
