yesterdays I did some seated flys on a fly machine as well as a couple of sets of seated presess. Later that night I woke up with back pain that radiated from my rear lats to my spine on both sides, i ad to lift my arm up above my head and lean the opposite direction to stretch out the muscle. Is that a normal thing to occur during that type of workout? I'm also taking some deca, dbol, anadrol with test. Could it be back pumps that I'm getting?
