Anyone use the program by Ben Pakulski? I'm curious if anyone has access to any pdf's or a link to them. I've got the videos but I feel like there is more to it than doing the exact same workout every week for four weeks of each phase, maybe I'm wrong.. either way any info on the program such as experience, advice, or the pdf's would be greatly appreciated.
