Gone through 4 phones this year, busted out my car window, holes all in my bedroom wall..
ive been getting better just when I get to that point my first reaction is fuck I gotta hit something and afterwards it's like I was just able to take a breath after being submerged under water..
when I get mad or feel myself getting mad I try to reevaluate the situation but I find myself fixated on it and can't let it go usually taking it where it doesn't need to go..
what do I need to do to get a grip here? This is irrelevant to gear usage pretty much just always been me.
main thing is to just figure out how to let shit go.. two wrong words out of someone's mouth or just the tone of how someone says something will literally ruin my entire day.
