Hey guys, I really want to work on getting my diet dialed in. What do you guys use for resources? General knowledge? An app? A good reading source? Thanks for any help
 
Read through the diet and nutrition forum. You can get a lot of good info on what some of the guys are eating. You can also catch some of the logs that a few are running. Some of them post mills also.
