Here we go Brothers , it's precontest time once again !
I'm 11 weeks out from my first show , Top de Colmar in France which is simply the biggest amateur show in europe . I will be entering the over 60 division goin' against some really tough competition but the the hardest the better:)
here are a couple of pics at 11 weeks out

this morning did 20m cardio followed by abs then in the afternoon i did a HIT chest workout
3 sets each 10 reps with 10sec. isometrics at end of each set
incline barbell press
seated chest press
chest flies machine
incline dumbell press
low cable crossovers
the whole workout took about 25-30m and at the end i was pumped to the max

stay tuned for more info about cycle and diet

Can you post the amount of weight used as well so as to see the strength improvements week to week? Just giving exercise and rep range doesn't tell us much? Like me saying I did flat bench for 90 reps... was it with a 45 pound bar or 450?

Not being a dick at all just thinking it makes for the better and more accurate log.

brother weight is not important , i'm 60 years old and train as hard as i can . when i write 10 reps it means that i struggle to do the last 2-3 reps . also i do usually between 20 and 30 sets for bodypart using a very fast pace so i wont write each single weight i use . This is a precontest log so there is no gains in strength , i focus on contraction and muscular quality
If you still want an idea of the weights i use well tomorrow it's leg day ....5 sets of squats for 10 reps . start a 90 pounds then 135 , 185 , 225 and 275 . 45sec rest between sets . then leg press with same system , leg ext. , lunges , leg curls , dumbell deadlifts and calves

Did not realize this was precontest so I suppose weight dosen't matter so much. But being 60 and training as hard as you can doesn't help us to know how effective something is when you something measureable is not posted. If you went from 225 bench at the start to 285 at the end of the cycle that would be measurable, not just "I worked real hard and felt good contractions the whole time." Know what I mean....again not attacking you. Uncle Z is my guy and I want good shit here. Thx

It' not my first log for Uncle z and i always do my best to give info about my training , diet and post progress pics .Now , i occasionally post weights that i use in my workouts ( even posted a video of my squats à while ago ) BUT i don't think these are important ok ? Pics don't lie and will tell you your progression .
When you go on stage judges don't give a fuck how much you' en been lifting on your bench press or even how much you weigh for that matter.....nothing against you brother...just the way i run my logs and do things
