anyway its still cheap at the pharmacy even if you pay without copay.
30, 30mg tabs me about $50 -60 depending which pharm

yeah generic. depends where you go. corepharma from walgreens is $54.
cvs is about the same but depends what generic is in stock most times its teva at cvs

I doubt you find it cheaper on the black market unless you switch to meth. Quality amphetamine either actual adderral pills or just black market speed is actually pretty damn expensive. The pills are popular with college kids and housewives who have money to burn and it's much cheaper and easier to make meth than it is amphetamine clandestinely. In other words if you can't find someone wanting to sell a script they're not paying for, and you legitimately need the addies, just adjust or ask the insurance company or pharmacy if there is something they WILL cover. For instance my new insurance is awesome, I get aromasin and klonopin like candy, but test they will only give me 4 1ml vials at a time and then my doc has to reauthorize the script. Seems completely stupid to me that they will pay for 3x the breast cancer drugs I was supposed to get (I'm not bothering to tell anyone they are covering my next 10 blasts worth of ai), but the test they treat like heroin. I just pay cash for the 10ml vial to avoid the headache... although the 1ml vials actually contain 1.2ml which I thought was cool. Funny thing is it's the same company I've always had, but on my individual plan they wouldn't cover test at all.

Long story short, you're unlikely to find a long term solution that's gonna work out for you.

There is really very little proof that the particular salt mix of adderrall does anything except allow a decades old drug to be patented. It is claimed the salt proportions slightly change the speed of release, similar to sustaining, but clinical tests haven't supported that claim generally. Straight Dexedrine which is nonracemic is actually much cleaner and avoids some of the sides and works better for people that get the option, but Dexedrine was a victim of the drug war, adderall was a PR coup to bring amphetamine back as a patented drug. Any amphetamine that isn't freebase which is generally an oil or paste is some salt which is just the freebase reacted with an acid to form sulfate or hcl or whatever. I am a fan of phosphate. Not 100% on the racemic mix of the phosphate but at least in the patent there are suggestions of D vs L forms being more prominent in the phosphate though I have zero explicit proof. For those that don't know amphetamines are racemic meaning in most forms there are mirror image molecules 50/50... basically a left or right polarity if you will. Generally the Levo (L) version is associated with a lot of the less desirable sides. This is one of the reasons meth users are typically not happy with say Dexedrine which is the pure D form... it's too clean.. it lacks the schiz. Most clandestine speed will be the natural 50/50 racemic form regardless of if it's meth or amphetamine.

Also if considering meth, it has deeper affects on dopamine which leads to more obsessive behavior as well as higher risk of abuse. Personally I can take some clean phosphate and get shit done, feel less wired than 2 cups of coffee and choose to eat a steak or not at all, then have one great round of sex and sleep. Also a nice preWO at low therapeutic doses. With meth I'd be banging 60 shots or smoking compulsively and jerking off for 24 hours if I couldn't find some whore and a bottle of lube. I guess my point is amphetamines can have very subtle changes based on features you may not be able to really count on from the black market. I'd stick with adderrall from the pharmacy for medical need unless maybe you can get access to another pharmaceutical form. You could experiment but you will be buying very worrisome amounts from a legal standpoint to guarantee consistency.

Just my .02 that it is overly complicated even from a prescription standpoint based on the war on drugs. Also anything I said here is taking about therapeutic levels in the 20-40mg range, not running through a gram or more daily. At that point it doesn't matter what form you get, you're going off the rails.
 
I can speak both from a personal stand point as well as countless testimonies of my patients that the brand does seem to have more profound effects than that of the generic counterpart.

But again are they noticing what could really be sides or the mess themselves? Those sides are actually a big part of the "feel" which they may simply like. Like codeine, several things will stop my cough, but I like the side effects of codeine lol. Amphetamines and racemic mixtures are a weird bird. For instance L-methamphetamine is used in over the counter inhalers, while it is stimulatory it is a fraction of the D-form, crystalmeth even in it's purest form would be 50/50. Any standard amphetamine without a purification step will wind up 50/50 L/D. My cousin was a speed cook and his folks found a doctor to prescribe him Dexedrine to try to keep him out of prison. Dexedrine was "too clean". He could still stay up for days but the tweak was gone. Now to that affect some racemic effect of the L rotary could actually help to the desired affect of a therapeutic compound. So like I said, for medical treatment I would just bite the bullet. Maybe try a compounded substitute or a generic mix and see how it works, but I would steer clear of black market speed for treatment. This is one of those drugs where it's more complicated than the simple moleculular formula.

Costco...no membership needed ....120mg ed (4 x 30mg IR generic tabs) is $38 cash price...that is the max FDA allowed dose per month...

I do the same for my test because insurance only allows 4ml without a whole new script each month.

I'm prescribed 200mg ew of test cypionate..it comes 1 10m vial every month via ups courtesy of the VA....cost is $0 dollars and it's Pfizer brand....there math isn't very good..but no complaints from me:)

Damn you got some good ones. I'm still going in for shots, it's annoying. Then they switched docs on me, so now it's all jacked up. Sounds like your VA experience is a little better than mine lol
