So, I've decided to start a log tracking my progress into competing at the end of 2013. My goals are to attain a bodyweight of 250 at 5'11" at around 12-13% solid. Depending on how fast that comes will decide how late I compete next year(shooting for Jay Cutler Baltimore Classic). I would also like to win my class in an open show next year as well.

I have been training under John meadows Mountaindog program and will continue too. I plan on using him for my prep next year as well. I am not sponsored by MLG but I will be using there gear exclusively from here on out. I'm really hoping this thread has some good input and discussion from everyone.

Currently I am sitting at 5'11" 245lb at about 15%, 4 pack:). For the next 11 weeks I will be running:
250mg test E
600mg tren E
500mg EQ
1.25mg letro mon, wed, fri
25mcg T3 ED

I will make my first log tonight.
 
Cut? Bulk? Recomp?

I like your cycle and am jealous of your tren use... I kill to many peeps on it so have to find other gearz that don't make me crae!

I really like the blend and ratios. Good Luck. I will be paying attention to this. I wonder if the eq helps with the tren's shortness of breath.

We shall see, tren doesn't effect me to much as I do cardio year around as I'm active duty military

Alright guys felt real good today. Bloating from the high test and deca is starting to go away and the tren hardness and stamina is coming in! 200mg tren, 250mg EQ and 125mg test e, 1.25mg letro.

Now that my test level is back down to cruise dose from the SUS I stopped two weeks ago, almost all tren sides are gone. It's amazing how much better I feel wit low test/higher tren... Trouble sleeping, anxiety and irritability is almost non existant, dreams r even dying down. Strength starting to skyrocket! Sweating more now of course:) no training today definently needed a day off. Very impressed wit Tren E feel the same effects in two weeks that I would in 1 wit tren A.. Not to bad

Something you just have to feel out brother. Everyone responds differently. For me it's 200-300 EW

Alright guys back at it today. Yesterday hit up 200mg tren E, 125mg test E, 1.25mg letro. Got some arms today and legs tomorrow. Thinking bout posting some vids here in a few weeks. Cleaning up the diet as well and cutting down on the junk meals
