Shin splints probably. Trace the alphabet with your foot a couple times a day

Are you on cycle?

Is it constant or only at times?

Have a banana everyday changed shoes still hurts. Figure it's shin splints and probably just have to deal with it.

I had shin splints many moons ago playing football in hs. My family doctor had me walk on my heels for 10-15 minutes every other day. A few weeks and they went away.

Is it all the time?

If so it could be hairline fractures...
