Five years have not seen or been with my kids for Thanksgiving Lunch or dinner
Tomorrow I have ok to make them a Lunch and fixings and send to them
That's my Thanks
Let's hear from Board on plans and ways

Thankful for my old man. Thankful for my beautiful little girl. I'm also thankful for the handful of you guys on here who have helped me through the rough time that's going on right now. You 8-10 know who you are and I am very appreciative of everything.

Onwards and upwards. Mish you have a great time cooking and spending time with the kids tomorrow.

Thankful for my beautiful wife who tamed the inner demons inside me. Thankful for are little family and the time we spend together. That's what it's really about spending time together

Yup got in vacuum packed and frozen
Two years have been bad on salmon runs
Got 75 lbs of Salmon
15 lbs Scallops
15 lbs Shrimp
45 lbs of Halibut
No Moose , black bear or Caribou
Behind about 1/3
Was supposed to go back on Dec 3 but work won't let it happen
King Crab legs only 3 lbs
My buddies had bad season on crab

I've always wanted to go on a moose hunt. I believe non residents can get a 11 day tag. And the seasons a little over a month for residents. So it's a pretty small window to bag one

But a bitch to hunt
They run
Only way is across inlet and really off grid
Only carry 75lbs on back to eat and survive
It's hard
Mud , water , tundra , real bad

My kids. They are adults now but have forgiven me. I never won any "father of the year' awards. I wasn't the worst, but could have been a whole lot better.
