I don't know anyone who has stuck at it that peaked in 5 years unless they started real late and got old.
10 years easy.
i see guys 30 years into training and they still make gains....its person to person...
REHH I'd kinda think 90% of us in the game would rather make the change and continue to gain.
I've been at it for 24 yrs and still want to make gains in some way. 90 of that time was natty the rest assisted.
If someone would make no changes in diet, training or chemical assistance I'd bet they would stall in between 2-5 yrs.

I would say 7 years.. as long as you stay consistent.
most people go up and down. because of reg life etc...
if all you did was eat , sleep, train... you would max out pretty quick
The exact number I had in my head when I started this thread was 8yrs, I gave a range of 5-10 based off that.
