Never used bitcoin before.

I searched bitcoin making a deposit into bank cost per bitcoin is low end 588. Cash in person rate for 1 bitcoin in my area is is 682 up to 717. Should it be 100 dollars more? I don't understand the fluctuations in price per bitcoin?

I also did a search of what is value of a bitcoin now and it said 628.20

Can someone shed some light on this for me tx.
 
The value of bitcoin fluctuates like the stock market, that's why you see the constant change in price.
 
And people charge a cost to sell Bitcoin .. there needs to be incentive for them .. with safety and anonymity comes costs ..
