update pics

so after placing 6° at mr.universe and 3° at europe in july , i was supposed to compete at world Championship in Rome in october but this show was postponed to next year because of the terrible earthquake that hit the center of Italy . So i decided to carry on my prep with short esters to ry and get some quality lean gains . Basically i took in more calories , training stayed te same ( high intensity ) doses on the lowish end : 350 propionate ew , same for tren Acetate and masteron propionate and 500 primo enanthate . No Tabs whatsoever
here are a coupe of pics from today , weight is 90 kg ( up7kg from my stage weight )
