Looking for a good legit poker site online to make some money.

Anyone got any favorites?
 
I've been playing Online since 2004. I lost 6 figures in the full tilt debacle from Black Friday and was a super nova elite on stars 5 years in a row. That said you need to be in Canada or Mexico to play. Can't play from the US EXCEPT Nevada or New Jersey
 
Depends on where you live. if your from the US Like kombatarts99 said Nevada New Jersey and Delaware I believe you can play on PokerStars etc. There is a few smaller shit sites like fullflush etc that are awful you could put money on depending on the way you choice to. But the algorithm is highly suspect and prepare to run very bad after winning some and go broke. The glory days of PokerStars and the insane rake rate of fulltilt took are over.
 
Yea NJ is tight but goto Rosarito like I do to play the wcoops. We rent poker houses and WSOP too. It's fun. Work on your game with other guys.

I played years back and I'd end up being in a tournament, and I'd have pocket aces and go all in. Someone with pocket 2s would call me and then the cards would flip and two additional 2's would magically appear and I would lose my ass.

Turns out they were sued years later and several people arrested for fraud.

After seeing that fraud and losing chunks of money, I have never played again.

What I used to do is go to the casinos at Niagra Falls. Find a table with all college kids on a friday night, sit down for maybe an hour. Slow play until I hit for $3-500 bucks. Then get up and leave. Everyone would be pissed but this in itself pays for the trip and a nice dinner LOL.

I have always tried to steer clear of gambling as I don’t trust myself and don’t want to get hooked. I only play poker with friends when we get together, have a few soft drinks and a good laugh. I like this kind of poker. For fun.
