Hey guys, new here as well. Have spent the last few days reading a lot on here. Great info. I'm 38 and have worked out hard since about 17 yrs old. I'm currently 180lbs and pretty lean. After countless bulking the shredding cycles over the years I know I have hit my natural limits. Seriously considering running my first cycle but I can read the million other posts for recommendations on what to use. I believe everything in moderation. I do have a couple of questions. Is it possible to run a cycle and expect to not cycle again at all or for a long time and maintain any gains? I don't want to go down this path if I will be obligated to cycle indefinitely. Thanks to all!!
