Hey guys, just thought I would make an introduction. I've followed this site for a little while from the background and I thought it would be nice to actually get on and interact with some of you to learn some things. I've been lifting for about 5 years. I don't really have the desire to compete or be on stage. I just like to look good. Anyway, sounds like everyone's life story on here.
 
welcome aboard...recommend reading stickies...if you wanna learn some stuff, use the search and read up...if any questions are still unanswered, we are just a thread away from helping
