Just wanted to share my progress thus far, this was taken after my first cycles, and a little over a year of lifting.
On a 4x1 split.
Push, Pull, Legs, Accessory, Rest day, repeat.
Mix between Strength and Hypertrophy training.
Diet is 85% clean.
First cycle was just Test.
Second cycle was Test/Deca
Current running Test/Primo
