Going to run this log for the ASF Throwdown challenge, never ran a log but I'll do my best. Probably only update it once a week on Saturdays.
Following 5/3/1 Pyramid sets and Bodyweight accessory exercises, might throw in some weighted accessories on some days if I feels it's needed. 4 cardio sessions a week as well for the moment, I have a 11 mile obstacle course race in November as well as the contest so motivation shouldn't be hard to come by.
I will post before pictures and updates every week. Cycle layout is as follows:
Week 1-4-
Sustanon 500mg
NPP 350mg
Anadrol 50mg ED
Week 5-8-
Sustanon 750mg
NPP 350mg
Week 9-11-
Sustanon 750mg
NPP 350mg
Anavar 75mg ED
Week 12-
Sustanon 200mg
Anavar 75mg ED
Clen and GW will be worked in as well. For anyone that follows I'll try to make the experience enjoyable lol.
