Just got my ass back into the gym on tuesday. A real gym. Golds baby!!!!

I had to get over my ptsd and depression bullshit... lasted a long ass time.

Also spent a little vacation in a mental hospital for 10 days following the start of college which was on the 15th. Things are looking up boys!

I will stick with it.. and no more tren for me. Maybe at a super low dose for future use but its still way to fucking strong for me.

Dude... it was unlike any other place ive been.

All my stays have been military only until this one. There were people with straight up multi personalities. And a dude going around in all the girls rooms when they were sleeping and going through their clothes.

I got in his ass.. not literally.... but this dude straight up puffed up at me and said what are you going to do about it?

I should have laid him out right there but i really needed to get out in time for college classes. Lol

Oh and this big ass black bitch that came in half way through my stay and had some sort of weird ass attraction towards me and would be up at like two in the morning slamming doors and beating on the nurses station plastic glass.. i got so pissed off i flew out of my room and yelled at the whole fucking staff for letting this bitch be crazy

The shit they put you through when you are barely able to walk from crying so hard. I was just very concerned that i was about to murder my wife... they take angry homicidal people not so serious until you start acting out.

Had to go to er two night in a row cuz weed wasnt calming me down anymore and everything at the house was making me super angry. Wife told me to leave the house. The first night in er they gave me 4 mg of xanax to go home with. That shit didnt work. Second night at er i had a very nice deputy escort my ass straight to the loony bin.

I sincerely wish the best for you.., I lost my best friend since junior high school just about 7 months ago now due to his mental illness and misdiagnosis...so I really hope you get squared away.!!! He decided after years and years of medications and walking around like a zombie he had enough. He took massive amounts of his meds...Seroquel., Depakote., Klonapin., Haldol..etc..and never woke up dude.!! I miss that motherfucker he didn't even tell me bye.!! Don't let it come to that my friend., sounds like your on a good path and try your best to stay on that path.!!! Those are sincere words and I wish you the best brother.!!!
